Placing an order

Certain products and services offered by Pure Health-Rx, including prescription medications and laboratory services, require evaluation and approval by a licensed healthcare provider before an order can be fulfilled.

Once your order is submitted, payment authorization and eligibility may be reviewed before processing begins. Prescription medications are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies after a valid prescription has been issued and are not pre-manufactured or kept in inventory.



Processing and delivery times may vary depending on pharmacy preparation, provider approval, product availability, and shipping carrier schedules. While we strive to provide timely service, estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Pure Health-Rx reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order when required by law, medical guidelines, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely providing our services.

Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners to eligible locations within the United States. Shipping timelines may vary based on prescription approval, pharmacy processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.



Pure Health-Rx is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Returns & refunds

Due to federal and state regulations governing prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products, Pure Health-Rx cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications once they have been dispensed.

Membership fees, consultation fees, and services that have already been provided are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your shipment arrives damaged, is lost during transit, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the dispensing pharmacy and shipping provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.



Pure Health-Rx reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis where permitted by law and consistent with our policies.
